We give great attention to cleaning our premises! In addition to thorough cleaning, we regularly disinfect our premises and surfaces, e.g. tatami floors are wiped with a liquid disinfectant between every training and gyms are ventilated.
We kindly ask all the instructors and students to pay attention to good hygiene and not coming to the gym even when feeling only slightly ill.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU CAN TRAIN ONLY WHEN YOU ARE HEALTHY.

We highly recommend washing your hands before each training. Training in pairs is always with the same partner. Everyone has his or her own training spot. Hand sanitiser is available at the reception desk of our gym. We highly recommend using a shower at home (if possible). We also kindly ask you to come to training not long before it starts and leave the premises as soon as possible when it finishes.

We highly recommend using a face mask or a face visor during the training; you can also buy high-quality and washable face masks and face visors suitable for training from the gym reception.
